1. Every registered Member has the exciting opportunity to acquire a sales thread from us, enabling them to showcase and sell their unique products or services in the vibrant Babiato Marketplace. 2. Your sales thread should provide a comprehensive and detailed description of your product or service. Please include the following key elements: a thorough overview that highlights the features and benefits of what you're offering, the price point for the item or service, and the duration for which the offer is valid. Don't forget to specify the accepted payment methods, ensuring convenience for your customers. Additionally, clearly outline your guarantee and refund policies to instil confidence in potential buyers. Including any other pertinent information that may enhance the understanding of your offering is also essential.
3. The Codanya Marketplace upholds a strict set of guidelines regarding the sale of products and services. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Nulled Themes, Plugins, and Scripts: These are not permitted unless they receive prior approval from the administration team. Nulled items compromise the integrity of software development and undermine the hard work of creators.
- Cracked Software for Windows and Mac: Selling pirated versions of software not only violates copyright laws but also poses significant security risks to users.
- Single Product Licenses from ThemeForest & CodeCanyon: Such licenses cannot be resold on this platform, as they are intended for one-time use and resale jeopardizes the developers' rights.
- Software Product Keys: This includes, but is not limited to, keys for Microsoft Office, Windows, and other proprietary software. Reselling these keys is illegal and unethical.
- Cracked Accounts: Any account offerings for services like Netflix, VPNs, Amazon Prime, etc., are disallowed. This includes the sale of shared "seats" for these services, as it infringes upon the terms of service of the respective providers.
- Google Products: This encompasses accounts for GSuite, unlimited Google Drive storage, and similar offerings, which are not authorized for resale.
- Fraudulently Obtained Items: Anything acquired through dishonest or illegal means is strictly forbidden. This includes any products or services obtained with the intent to deceive.
Furthermore, any item that the Admin staff deems unsuitable for our community will not receive approval for sale.
